How to Fix

Check for loose or disconnected connector between Main PCB and freezer sensor at CON4 pins 18~17.

If connector is loose or disconnected, reconnect or repair the connector.

Measure sensor resistance at CON4 pins 18~17. If resistance is 0 ohm (short), replace the sensor.

If resistance is infinite/open, proceed to check sensor connection harness.

If sensor connection is normal and resistance is open, replace sensor.

Check the temperature-to-resistance table. If resistance does not match expected value for the measured temperature, replace the sensor.

If all checks pass and resistance is normal, explain normal operation to customer.

If sensor connection is faulty, reconnect or repair connector. If PCB is suspect after all checks pass, replace the refrigerator main PCB.
